Guide to the New CSA Evaluation Process

NJSBA is hosting three regional programs to review the new Chief School Administrator (CSA) evaluation tool. The new tool features updated evaluation standards, reflecting the qualities and values of leadership that are integral to student success, and focuses on the communication between the board and superintendent.  The improved tool also provides a user-friendly template to complete the summary evaluation.
