The Somerset County SBA and Hudson County SBA Executive Committee extend an invitation to the third Joint-Somerset County SBA and Hudson County SBA Meeting, the topic for the program is ``What A Board Member Needs to Know About the Board Secretary’s Report``. NJSBA Business Administrator in Residence, Charles Muller, will share critical information that fosters transparency and accountability regarding the district`s financial management. Mr. Muller will provide an overview of how board members can best read and understand the Board Secretary`s Report with insight into the budget cycle and planning process. This valuable information will equip members with the information necessary to make informed decisions that support a district’s educational mission and students.
