Superintendent - Andover Regional School District

Andover Regional School District is seeking a Superintendent to lead and grow our PreK-8 School District. Our district consists of two schools (PK-4 and 5-8) and has a student population of approximately 430 students with an operating budget of approximately $17 million. Competitive salary compensation package will be presented to the successful candidate.

Qualifications should include the following:

• NJ School Administrator Certificate or Certificate of Eligibility required
• Exceptional leadership skills
• Demonstrated commitment to parent and community engagement
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• 3-5 years previous superintendent or assistant superintendent experience preferred
