The Clinton Township School District in collaboration with its staff and community is searching for an experienced educational leader with a vision for academic excellence and a commitment to providing a dynamic 21st century learning environment in which all students can achieve their potential. The Clinton Township School District educates 1207 students Pre-K through grade 8 in 4 schools. The school district employs 251 staff and support personnel, with an operating budget of $32+million dollars. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated track record of innovation and strong organizational and leadership skills.

Qualifications

  • NJ School Administrator Certificate or Certificate of Eligibility required
  • Earned doctorate preferred
  • Experience as Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent or Central Office experience preferred
  • Teaching experience required
  • Principal experience preferred
  • Demonstrate expertise in:
    • Curriculum development and Implementation
    • Personnel management
    • Community outreach and engagement
    • Planning, finance, operations, and facilities management

Position available:  On or before July 1, 2022

Salary is competitive, commensurate with experience and State of New Jersey guidelines.
