Code of Conduct for Remote School Board Meetings NJSBA’s Field Services staff has developed a sample Code of Conduct providing guidance for remote public meetings and executive sessions. Local boards can download the document and adapt it as needed. Posted May 15.
CDC School Reopening Guidelines The Centers for Disease Control issues a flowchart to guide states and local school districts in determining when to reopen schools. Posted May 15.
COVID-19 Response: Phase 2, Restart & Recovery The Council of Chief State School Officers provides a rubric for the reopening of schools, with consideration to continuity of learning, conditions of learning, policy and funding. New Jersey’s plan is expected to follow this structure. Posted May 15.
