On August 26, the Senate Budget and Appropriations Committee issued the following advisory concerning testimony on the proposed FY2021 state budget:
The Senate Budget and Appropriations Committee invites written public testimony on the State Budget for Fiscal Year 2021 (October 1, 2020-June 30, 2021). Testimony will be received beginning Friday, August 28, 2020 through Friday, September 11, 2020.
Persons wishing to submit written testimony may do so through the State Legislature’s homepage at www.njleg.state.nj.us by clicking BUDGET PUBLIC TESTIMONY to send a copy via e-mail; or by mailing a copy to: Senate Budget and Appropriations Committee, c/o Legislative Budget and Finance Office, Office of Legislative Services, P.O. Box 068, Trenton NJ 08625-0068.
Upon receipt, testimony will be circulated to and thoroughly reviewed by committee members and staff and made available to the public via the Legislature’s website.
