CARES Act Funding and Eligible Services, Thursday, Dec. 17 at 11 a.m. Schools today are making unprecedented changes in educational services to meet the learners’ and educators’ needs due to the pandemic. Join us for an informative session on services supported through the CARES Act funds of ESSER and GEER. Learn how schools and districts can fund and procure resources to meet students’ current and future needs. Amy Kawaguchi, a nationally recognized expert on federal funding and entitlement programs for education, will be the featured presenter. Register to attend.

Sustainable Practices Session: Healthy Schools, Thursday, Dec. 17 from 1 to 3 p.m.  This session will provide an overview of the Food and Nutrition, Student Safety, and Healthy School environment actions in the Sustainable Jersey for Schools program. The presenters will emphasize the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Tools for Schools and Safe Routes to Schools programs. Learn how to engage the whole school community in making the school a healthier place both inside and out. Register to attend.
