As part of its commitment to helping schools across New Jersey reach their sustainability goals, NJSBA, in collaboration with Sustainable Jersey for Schools, is offering members and school district personnel opportunities to attend a one-day Sustainable Practices Working Session. All sessions offer the same content.
In each session, participants will review a Sustainability Wellness Check, which will be in alignment with the Sustainable Jersey for Schools certification program. Board members will receive 4 board member academy credits and 4 Green Leader credits for participating in a working session.
All programs run from 9 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. (registration beginning at 8:30 a.m.) Pre-registration is required and seats are limited. The programs include a continental breakfast, lunch, and program materials.
