Educators have risen to the challenge of providing instruction remotely, hybrid and back in person again. However, now that students are back in the classroom, teachers are finding that many children need more individualized instruction to close learning gaps that occurred during COVID-19-related schooling disruptions.
That is where the quality e-courses offered under the new Online University Hub can provide K-12 educators with practical tools to get students back on track.
Multi-level interactive courses are available in accelerated learning recovery for school leaders and for educators, as well as blended learning and creative instruction to support better student outcomes.
The hub, developed by the New Jersey School Boards Association and the New Jersey Association of School Administrators, is part of NJSBA’s state-approved cooperative pricing system. Participating school districts can save money and bypass the often-lengthy formal bidding process.
Also, New Jersey public school districts can take advantage of federal American Rescue Plan Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief funds to pay for professional learning for educators to address the academic impact of lost instructional time and support students most impacted by the pandemic. So far, New Jersey is receiving $2.7 billion total in American Rescue Plan Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief funds.
