On Oct. 19, the N.J. Department of Community Affairs published in the NJ Register the official version of the emergency regulations concerning remote meetings for public bodies. The NJSBA alerted districts to these regulations earlier this month.  The published version of the regulations contains a mailing address and e-mail address for comments from stakeholders and the public. Written comments on the proposal are due by Nov18, 2020, via email to dlgs@dca.nj.gov or by regular mail to:
