NJSBA recently went “live” for the first time on Facebook to discuss the NJSBA Task Force on Educational Opportunities for the Non-College-Bound Learner. The broadcast reached nearly 1,300 viewers who took the opportunity to learn more about the Oct. 2 task force report rollout event, and asked questions about the findings of the task force live on NJSBA’s Facebook page.

Members of the task force will discuss the findings of their report during a special forum. The event will take place on Tuesday, Oct. 2 at North Brunswick Township High School from 7 to 9 p.m.

Education leaders, community members, and parents are encouraged to attend to learn about the current status of education programs and post-secondary training and career opportunities, strategies to expand program options, and recommendations for appropriate actions by local school boards, the NJSBA and other entities involved in public education in New Jersey.

Those wishing to attend should RSVP online.

For questions about the event, please contact Vincent DeLucia via email.
