Hackensack Public Schools is looking for a Human Resource Manager to provide leadership and fulfill management responsibilities of the Human Resources Department, including coordination of a comprehensive system of staff accounting, the recruiting process, the Affirmative Action program, and implementation of employment laws. Must hold a master’s degree from an accredited college or university, valid New Jersey School Principal, School Administrator Certificate/CE or a Juris Doctorate preferred. Minimum of 3 – 5 years of experience managing human resources and compliance reporting. Have a broad range of human resources experience and knowledge of Federal and State anti-discrimination laws and regulations. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
