Salem City School District is seeking a dedicated and resourceful educational leader to commence employment in the 2024-2025 school year.  Located in southern Salem County, our Pk-12 SDA district is in search of a leader that will embrace our vision for our schools.  The district is home to approximately 1300 students and 225 staff members with an annual budget of $30 million. We are proud and committed to our International Baccalaureate program and enjoy receiving relationships with nearby Elsinboro, Mannington, Quinton, and Lower Alloways Creek School Districts.

 Qualifications:

  • NJ School Administrator or Certificate of Eligibility required
  • Three years Superintendent, Asst. Superintendent, Central Office and/or Principal experience preferred
  • Three years teaching experience required, five years preferred

The successful candidate will provide vision and accountability for the district while ensuring a positive district culture that promotes student growth that encompasses our values of integrity, equity and inclusiveness.
