“The speakers, Dr. Markus and Dr. Diaz, along with breakout sessions were very informative and gave an insight into other NJ school districts encountering similar situations.” -School Board Member
“This was a great master class in understanding the leadership role generationally. I have taken personality tests in understanding how that helps in what we do, but this added a whole other level.” -School Board Member
Session One: “Leading Through the Fog: Clarity in Turbulent Times”
Wednesday, April 8th – 6:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.
In a rapidly shifting landscape of federal changes and a new gubernatorial administration, uncertainty can easily pull you off course. We will equip you with executive-level strategies to lead with confidence, communicate with clarity, and maintain momentum for students who cannot afford for adults to “wait and see.” Discover how to actively transform turbulence into opportunity and lead with steadiness when it matters most.
Session Two: “Bridging the Gap: Leading Across Generations”
Wednesday, April 22nd – 6:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.
Today’s school boards and district teams are multigenerational, each group bringing its own values, communication styles, and assumptions. Leading effectively requires understanding the perspectives and idiosyncrasies of each generation while building bridges that strengthen collaboration. This session explores the practical dynamics of intergenerational leadership and offers tools for increasing trust, reducing friction, and leveraging diverse strengths so that you and your team can move forward together with unity and respect.
Session Three: “North Star Leadership: Leading with Purpose and Intention”
Wednesday, May 6th – 6:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.
Purpose-driven leaders don’t wander – they navigate. This session illuminates how anchoring every decision, relationship, and action in a clear sense of purpose, establishes a stable path for your district and community. This session will help you articulate your “why,” align actions to values, and cultivate intentionality in moments of challenge and opportunity. Walk away with a refined leadership compass that strengthens your impact and keeps students at the center of every choice.
