Notice of Proposal for the Following:
The Alliance for Competitive Energy Services (ACES), composed of the New Jersey School Boards Association (NJSBA); New Jersey Association of School Administrators (NJASA); and New Jersey Association of School Business Officials (NJASBO) is requesting proposals from interested consultants/administrators to administer the ACES electric and gas aggregation cooperative pricing system, offered to members of the New Jersey School Boards Association, N.J.S.A. 48:3-91(h).
Notice is hereby given that sealed proposals will be received by hand delivery or by U.S. mail, and will be unsealed and read by the Committee to Review Proposals to Administer the ACES Electric and Gas Aggregation Cooperative Pricing Program in a public meeting in the first floor conference room, 413 West State Street, Trenton, on Thursday Sept. 20, 2018 at 2 p.m.
No bids received after 2 p.m. on Sept. 20 will be opened.
Said services shall be bid and supplied in accordance with specifications, copies of which are on file in the Office of the General Counsel and may be obtained during regular business hours (Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.). Contact Cindy Harrison at charrison@njsba.org.
Proposals must be in a sealed opaque envelope, addressed to Cynthia J. Jahn, Esq., and clearly marked “Consultants/Administrators Response to Administer ACES’s Electric and Gas Aggregation Cooperative Pricing System: (Sealed Bid: “ACES Administrative Services Bid # ACES 9-20-2018)”
ACES expressly reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any informalities in the bid and accompanying documents received, as provided pursuant to N.J.S.A. 18a:18a-22.
Each bidder shall comply with the “Equal Employment Opportunity Act”, P.L.. 1975, Chapter 127, as amended, and the “Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990”, 42 U.S.C. sec. 12101 et. seq.
