Program Registration

Pre-registration is required for all Board Member Academy course offerings. Registration of school board members and other district staff that has been reported to NJSBA through the completion of the district census form may be completed online, but only by the school business administrator who must attach a scanned copy of the purchase order with the registration. Registration Fees

Fees for all Academy course offerings are listed with each program description. The school business administrator must attach a scanned copy of the purchase order with the registration. Fees are quoted at the member rate.

Member/Non-Member Prices

Some Academy courses are open to the public. As a school board members and other district staff that has been reported to NJSBA through the completion of the district census form enjoy member purchasing privileges for all NJSBA training programs. The non-member price is double the member price unless otherwise indicated. Associate members also may attend at the member price.

Program Cancellation

Occasionally, it may be necessary for NJSBA to cancel and/or reschedule a program. Registrants will have the opportunity to attend on the rescheduled date, or to receive a full refund. For possible program cancellations due to inclement weather, registrants should call (609) 392-2000.

Half-Day and One-Day Cancellations

If you cancel up to 10 working days before the program date, NJSBA will refund your entire program fee. Cancellations made within 10 working days of the program date will be charged $25. Cancellations made within 72 hours and no-shows will be charged the full fee.

Weekend Program Cancellations

If you cancel up to 10 working days before the program date, NJSBA will refund your entire program fee. Cancellations made within 10  working days of the program date will be charged $50. Cancellations made within 72 hours and no-shows will be charged the full fee.
