Pushman and Harris

On Saturday, Dec. 11, the New Jersey School Boards Association’s Legislative Committee met virtually to discuss, among other topics, the proposed NJSBA Legislative Advocacy Agenda for the 2022-2023 state legislative session. The agenda was approved, and now goes to a vote of the NJSBA Board of Directors at the January 2022 meeting.

In the accompanying photo, Jonathan Pushman, NJSBA director of governmental relations, provided an update of pending legislation affecting school districts. Daniel Harris, a member of the Woodbridge Township Board of Education, and deputy executive director of the Assembly Majority Office, spoke to fellow Legislative Committee members.
