NJSBA is a member-driven association that honors the expertise and experience of its members to contribute to our mission.

The Association has opportunities to volunteer and serve in different capacities, including on NJSBA standing committees, ad-hoc task forces, and as a small group learning leader who contributes to the professional development of members.

As defined by NJSBA bylaws, standing committees meet several times a year.  Ad-hoc task forces and committees are established to address specific topics. They meet regularly through the completion of their assigned work. Group leaders assist in programs such as new board member orientation and leadership training.
