There will be no Attorney of the Day service on Thursday, Dec. 23, due to the upcoming holiday.
Additionally, responses to inquiries from Dec. 27 to Dec. 30 may take longer than usual but will be sent within 48 hours.
Also, please remember that the NJSBA cannot provide legal advice. Those requests should be sent to your board attorney. The Attorney of the Day service is not meant to act in place of your board attorney and cannot respond to emergencies that would otherwise be addressed by your board attorney.
