In accordance with the Open Public Meetings Act, notice is hereby provided of a meeting of the New Jersey School Boards Association Resolutions Subcommittee. The meeting will be held remotely Wednesday, April 6 at 4:30 p.m. The meeting is open to the public.

The agenda, to the extent known at this time, will include Sunset review of the 5000 series of the Positions and Policies on Education. Also included is a change to GO/9302 – Bylaws – Officers: Qualifications and Election – Qualifications and Terms of Officers. These items will come before the Annual Delegate Assembly on May 14, 2022.
Notice is also provided that the Emergency Resolutions Subcommittee may be required to meet May 9 if any resolutions are received by the Association to be considered as emergency resolutions, prior to the cutoff date of May 4, for the Annual Delegate Assembly agenda.
