Foundations for Success

Description: NJSBA is rolling out a new governance training series, designed to equip new and seasoned board members with the skills they need to deal with the issues they face at the board table. The three sessions will focus on School Finance, Student Achievement, and School Law, and will be offered regionally, hosted through the local county school board associations. These highly interactive and informative programs will offer members a new way to fill their training requirements of the School District Accountability Act. For seasoned board members, this will allow you an opportunity to attend multiple sessions and advance your knowledge on these topics.  Registering for this program is all that is required, you will not be registering specifically for Governance II, III, or IV prior to the meeting. Credit for individual governance programs will be noted at the venue
