Middlesex County SBA Meeting
Description: Jonathan Busch of The Busch Law Group LLC will be joining us to present “Can I Do That? A Board Member’s Guide to Community Involvement.” Mr. Busch will discuss the potential landmines for school board members when they involve themselves in community activities outside of their school boards. Specifically, this lecture will address school board members’ involvement in activities like referenda passage, groups like PTOs, band parent groups and athletic booster clubs, as well their work on behalf of candidates other than themselves in elections.
