Description: Recently, the US Supreme Court in Janus v. AFSCME, in a 5-4 decision, struck down the use of “agency shop” fees.  What is the impact of this ruling on school districts?  Will this have an effect on the “Workplace Democracy Enhancement Act”, a recently enacted state law that broadens the union’s access to prospective and existing members?
