Union County SBA Meeting
Description: School Law – School boards and school board members must exercise their responsibilities in an increasingly complex legal environment. Resources spent addressing legal issues are resources not available for the education of our children. At the next Union County SBA meeting, Lester E. Taylor III of Florio Perrucci Steinhardt & Cappelli will discuss current issues in school law. He will also discuss how to keep up to date with new and emerging legal developments, and to anticipate, prevent, and overcome legal challenges.
