NJSBA released a major report of the Task Force on Mental Health Services in the Public Schools. The report, Building a Foundation for Hope, calls for expanded efforts to address the emotional well-being of the state’s young people.

NJSBA’s Mental Health Task Force Report in the News

The September/October 2019 issue of School Leader magazine features an article on the final report of NJSBA’s Task Force on Mental Health Services in the Public Schools.  The article discusses the current crisis in student mental health, how some school districts are coping with the situation and offers suggestions of action steps that districts can take to support and safeguard their students.
