Notice is hereby given that sealed proposals will be received by hand delivery or by U.S. Mail addressed to Carl Tanksley Jr., Esq., and thereafter unsealed and read in the 1st floor conference room, 413 West State Street, Trenton, N.J. at a public meeting by the committee to review proposals to administer the ACES Electric and Gas Aggregation Cooperative Pricing Program on Tuesday, Nov. 28 at 2 p.m.  No bids being received after public call therefore will be opened.

Notice of Proposal for the Following:

The Alliance for Competitive Energy Services, hereinafter ACES (composed of the New Jersey School Boards Association, hereinafter NJSBA; New Jersey Association of School Administrators, hereinafter  NJASA; and New Jersey Association of School Business Officials, hereinafter NJASBO; is requesting proposals from interested consultants/administrators to administer ACES’s Electric and Gas Aggregation Cooperative Pricing System, offered to members of the New Jersey School Boards Association, N.J.S.A. 48:3-91(h).

Said services shall be bid and supplied in accordance with specifications, copies of which are on file in the office of the general counsel and may be obtained during regular business hours (Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.). Contact Cynthia Harrison at charrison@njsba.org.

Proposals must be in a sealed opaque envelope and clearly marked “consultants/administrators’ response to administration of electric and gas aggregation: (sealed bid: Aces Administrative Services Bid # NJSBA 2023-004)”

ACES expressly reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any informalities in the bid and accompanying documents received, as provided pursuant to N.J.S.A. 18a:18a-22.
