The call for program proposals for Workshop 2024 is now open. This is your opportunity to present a training session to New Jersey public school leaders in Atlantic City this fall. Workshop 2024 will take place from Monday, Oct. 21, through Thursday, Oct. 24 at the Atlantic City Convention Center.
Set yourself apart by giving Workshop participants a reason to attend your program by proposing a compelling topic and session.
What Workshop attendees want:

- Sessions with a greater depth of content.
- Sessions that provide tools that can be easily implemented.
- Sessions designed to engage and educate.
- Sessions with differentiated content for new and veteran school leaders.
- Sessions showcasing cutting-edge innovation.
Session types include:
- Action Labs (90 minutes): The room will be set with round tables to a maximum seating capacity of 48-60 attendees to allow for small group activities.
- Group Sessions (60 minutes): The room will be set in theater style to a maximum seating capacity of 50-250 attendees to allow for audience engagement and a Q&A segment.
Submission Deadline: The submission deadline is Friday May 24, 2024, by midnight. Acceptance emails will be sent out mid-summer. All Workshop program submissions will receive equal consideration.

Workshop 2024 Registration Information From now until June 30, 2024, registrants can secure the special early-bird group rate of $2,100 for 25 team members. The regular group registration rate of $2,200 goes into effect July 1. Districts may include the school board, business administrator, superintendent, facilities managers, curriculum professionals, IT staff, principals, human resource professionals, educators and other district staff in their group registration.
Housing Information The New Jersey School Boards Association, in collaboration with AC Central, contracts with several Atlantic City hotels to offer discounted pricing on hotel rooms for Workshop. All housing reservations are handled by AC Central. The last day to make and pay for hotel reservations is Sept. 22, 2024.
