The New Jersey School Boards Association is pleased to continue its popular “NJSBA At Your Service” summer webinar series. On Wednesday, July 12 at 10 a.m., tune in for our newest webinar, “QSAC and the Board’s Role in Governance.”
The Quality Single Accountability Continuum is the monitoring process for the New Jersey Department of Education and enables the state to identify high performing districts across the state. In the assessment process, the board’s role in governance is a key factor in the district obtaining a high performing designation. This webinar will serve as a primer on the board’s role in QSAC’s governance assessment.
The webinar will be presented by Jesse Adams and Theresa “Terri” Lewis, two NJSBA field service representatives who, as former school board members, have extensive knowledge and experience with school board governance and the role of QSAC. They will share best practices on how to navigate QSAC.
