NJSBA’s School Law Forum is scheduled for Thursday, July 22.
Practicing school board attorneys will share research and their own experiences in addressing the latest court decisions, administrative rulings, statutes, and code that affect public education and school district governance.
Topics for the School Law Forum include:
- Case Law Update
- Diversity and Inclusion
- Reductions in Force and Chapter 66 Arbitration
- Compensatory Education
- Legislative Update with Executive and Administrative Orders and Transportation Contracts in light of S-3904
- Ethics
Registration for board members is available online, but must be handled by the school business administrator. Business administrators who want to register officials from their districts should have a scanned purchase order ready to attach to the registration.

Cost The member rate for NJSBA’s School Law program is $299 and the non-member rate is $598.
