On March 6, the New Jersey Department of Education published the Standards Transparency and Mastery Platform, which is designed to support local educational agencies’ utilization of New Jersey Student Learning Standards to update curricula. The Division of Teaching and Learning Services has developed the platform to provide resources, guidance documents and other features to aid educators in the following:
- Developing a clear, thorough understanding of the standards in each content area.
- Providing meaningful professional learning opportunities.
- Revising curricula.
- Designing standards-based instruction.
