Dr. Timothy Purnell, executive director and CEO of the New Jersey School Boards Association, was joined by three NJSBA staff members from the Association’s Legal, Labor and Policy Department on the March 20 episode of “The Boardroom.”

Carl Tanksley Jr., general counsel; Kimberly Gatti, director of policy; and Kathleen Asher, director of legal and labor relations, joined Purnell to highlight NJSBA’s legal, policy and labor relations services and resources, and how each unit can assist local boards of education. They also responded to numerous questions from listeners.

At the end of the program, the NJSBA staff surprised Purnell with a birthday cake to celebrate his special day and to show their appreciation for all the hard work he does in leading the Association.
