In accordance with the Open Public Meetings Act, notice is hereby provided of a meeting of the New Jersey School Boards Association Resolutions Subcommittee. The meeting will be held remotely on Tuesday, Oct. 11 at 4:30 p.m. The meeting is open to the public. The public may call in to 1-415-655-0002 (Access Code 2554 812 4507). The agenda, to the extent known at this time, will include a resolution from the Dover Board of Education regarding protecting students from gun violence and Sunset review of the 6000 and 7000 series of the Positions and Policies on Education. These items will come before the Semiannual Delegate Assembly on Nov. 19, 2022.
Notice is also provided that the Emergency Resolutions Subcommittee may be required to meet Nov. 14 if any resolutions are received by the Association to be considered as emergency resolutions, prior to the cutoff date of Nov. 9, for the Semiannual Delegate Assembly agenda.
