The New Jersey School Boards Association is pleased to announce a new session of its Leadership Conference series: “Everyone Moving Forward Together!” Join your colleagues on Friday, Nov. 17, 2023, at Crowne Plaza in Plainsboro, New Jersey.
Today’s current atmosphere is filled with many challenges for those leading our schools. This conference brings board members and district leaders together to develop and improve communication and relationships with each other and the educational systems they serve.
By challenging ideas (not people!) and hearing different perspectives shared thoughtfully and respectfully, leaders are able to bring forth more effective outcomes and better decisions. The approach of just keeping things moving leads to long term mediocrity. True collaboration requires leadership. Bringing people together sparks creativity and innovation.
Providing a forum for learning, networking and teamwork, this conference will inspire attendees to stay informed and empower them to make a positive impact in their districts.

This conference will last from 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Registration begins at 9:30 a.m. The fee for this conference is $99 for virtual attendees and $135 for in-person attendees. This program offers four Board Member Academy credits.
