Superintendent – Warren Co Technical

The Warren County Technical School Board of Education is seeking an innovative educational leader with strong inter-personal skills. Warren County Technical School, a full time four year comprehensive high school and adult education school which specializes in career and technical training, has approximately 500 students supported by a dedicated certificated staff of 52 and an annual budget of $10.5 million.

Qualifications

• NJ School Administrator or Certificate of Eligibility required
• Superintendent / CSA or Assistant Superintendent experience preferred
• 3 years of Central Office experience preferred
• 3 years of classroom teaching experience preferred
• Vocational experience desirable

The successful candidate will possess strong leadership, organizational, conflict resolution, and participatory management skills. The district desires a leader with a positive outlook who is nurturing and empathetic. Demonstrable expertise in curriculum development, budget development and resource management, operations and  transportation, and personnel management highly desirable.
