Learn about the basics of health care plans (the platforms, options, deductibles, copays, etc.) and the complex regulatory environment. A panel of experts will address various aspects of collectively negotiating health insurance. This program is a building block for local boards and their advocates to not only prepare for collective negotiations, but also to work toward effective school management. The program runs from 9 a.m. – 12 p.m.  with registration and continental breakfast begining at 8:30 a.m.
