Most board of education members know that each school district in the state has a field service representative assigned to it. That FSR provides direct on-site services to boards of education in their area; the FSR is also available to answer questions and provide guidance and resources to individual board members.

But many members, especially newer members, may not have had a chance to get to know their FSR.

To better acquaint you with your FSR, the New Jersey School Boards Association has created a video playlist of short interviews. Learn more about your district’s dedicated field service representative by checking out the playlist.
