This presentation provides school board members with a comprehensive framework for understanding and addressing chronic student absenteeism through the implementation of a Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS). The session will lead by Dr. CarneyRay-Yoder(Superintendent of Central Regional School), Dr. Tim Teehan (NJSBA Field Service Representative), and Lindsay Hampf and Superintendent Pessolano (Upper Township School District) will share data-driven strategies, evidence-based interventions, and systematic approaches to improve student attendance across all grade levels.
