
The Associate Membership Program for School Attorneys (AMPSA) is the only organization dedicated exclusively to New Jersey’s school board attorneys. From conferences to subscriptions to consultation, AMPSA offers unparalleled training opportunities, information, and resources essential to school/education law practice.
AMPSA’s goal is to support school attorneys in their professional responsibilities, and AMPSA membership includes membership in the New Jersey Association of School Attorneys (NJASA).
The benefits of joining AMPSA include:
- The ability to earn up to 8.4 free continuing legal education (CLE) credits during the membership period by watching, either live or on-demand, What’s Brewing in Education Law: Coffee Talk with Kathy and Caitlin [*credit approval is pending].
- The ability to access searchable libraries (through Connection) of over 1,000 summarized and tagged Commissioner of Education decisions, School Ethics Commission decisions, and public advisory opinions issued by the School Ethics Commission.
