This interactive session uses realistic board governance scenarios and role-playing exercises to explore ethical decision-making, board member conduct, civility, governance responsibilities, and the chain of command. Participants will discuss practical responses to common challenges and strengthen their understanding of effective and professional board leadership. We strongly encourage members to attend in-person to experience the full benefits of this interactive session.
