This interactive session will engage board members in discussion of real-world governance scenarios. Facilitated by Union County SBA officers, participants will explore practical approaches to common board challenges, share perspectives with colleagues, and strengthen their understanding of effective governance practices. The session is designed to encourage collaboration, problem-solving, and meaningful board member engagement. We strongly encourage members to attend in person to experience the full benefits of this interactive session.
