The New Jersey School Boards Association is pleased to host its first AI Conference: Preparing for Today and Tomorrow on Friday, June 6, at the Conference Center at Mercer County College from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Whether you are an avid user of artificial intelligence or a novice, it is important to appreciate the potential of generative AI in the classroom – as well as areas of concern.
This conference will explore how AI can be used in the classroom to improve student learning, how administrators are using it to perform their duties, what board members should know, and the legal issues surrounding AI, among other topics.
More information will be made available in the coming weeks.
Registration Details
This conference offers three Board Member Academy credits and has a member rate of $119. Registration of school board members, administrators, and district staff that have been included on the NJSBA census may be done online, but only by the school business administrator who must attach a scanned copy of the purchase order with the registration.
