May 16, 2026 Delegate Assembly Schedule
The Delegate Assembly will be held on Saturday, May 16, 2026, at the Conference Center at Mercer County Community College. In advance of the DA, the Resolutions Subcommittee will meet virtually on Tuesday, April 14, with a tentative second date of Wednesday, April 15, if necessary. The meetings will start at 6:00 p.m. More information will be forthcoming as we get closer to the date. The Zoom meeting links will be embedded in the meeting invite email, and your Zoom invite will be resent before the meeting.
RESOLUTION SUBMISSION DATES
March 5, 2026: Submission date for resolutions to be considered at the Semiannual Delegate Assembly.
April 14, 2026: Resolutions Subcommittee meeting. Proponents and interested parties may request to appear on behalf of any resolution pending before the Resolutions Subcommittee.
May 1, 2026: Submission date for emergency resolutions to be considered at the Semiannual Delegate Assembly.
May 6, 2026: Emergency Resolutions Subcommittee meeting.
May 16, 2026: Semiannual Delegate Assembly.
