Location: Office of the Superintendent
Terms: Position available August 1, 2026. Twelve month position.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of three years’ experience in personnel or a central office setting.
- Experience in education preferred.
- Experience with personnel management software preferred, including Frontline modules (Absence Management, Recruiting and Hiring) and the Genesis SchoolFi Management System.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to exercise discretion and diplomacy when dealing with confidential and sensitive matters.
Salary: $100,000. – $140,000. Commensurate with experience.
