The Hasbrouck Heights Board of Education is searching for an effective, educational leader to be the next superintendent of schools who will build upon the district’s strengths, while guiding the Hasbrouck Heights School District toward continued growth and innovation.
Our district comprises four schools serving more than 1,700 students in grades Pre-K through 12, with an operating budget of $41 million. Our district takes pride in providing a quality education from a dedicated staff who are committed to fostering a nurturing educational environment that empowers every student to thrive.

Qualifications:
● New Jersey School Administrator Certificate or Certificate of Eligibility required
● History of proven, successful leadership in various educational capacities required
● Experience as a building principal preferred
● New Jersey public school experience required
● High expectations of academic performance for all students
● Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
The final candidate will be offered a competitive compensation package commensurate with experience and NJ State guidelines. Salary range from $190K-$225K.
Start Date: July 1, 2026
