Nature and Scope of Position:
This position leads the development, organization, implementation, coordination, and evaluation of the Curriculum and Instruction for grades PK-12 to ensure that all students meet and exceed the New Jersey Student Learning Standards. Achieving excellence requires that the Director works collaboratively to lead and nurture members of the staff, and communicates effectively with district departments, principals, parents, members of the community, and colleagues both in and out of the district.
Qualifications:
- Possess or Eligible for the New Jersey School Administrator certificate
- Valid New Jersey Principal certificate
- Masters Degree from an accredited institution (College or University)
- Minimum five (5) years teaching experience
- Minimum of three (3) years administrative experience.
