This workshop is designed to help school board members strengthen their impact on student learning by focusing on their critical leadership role. Participants will explore how board actions—such as setting clear goals, supporting effective instructional leadership, adopting aligned policies, and monitoring progress—create the conditions for academic success. Through discussion and practical examples, board members will learn how to lead with purpose, support a strong educational vision, and ensure that every student is challenged, supported, and prepared to achieve their full potential.
