At this meeting, we will recognize members who have achieved milestones and certifications, and honor NJ State Teacher of the Year, Gillian Ober, English as a Second Language Teacher at Park Avenue Elementary School in the Freehold Borough School District. Gillian is a dedicated educator, researcher, and mentor whose leadership and commitment to multilingual learners have strengthened both her school community and the field of education.Please join us in celebrating Gillian and all of the honorees for their outstanding commitment to serving the students of Monmouth County.
