The Alliance for Competitive Services (“ACES”) is requesting bids from natural gas suppliers duly licensed by the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities, for natural gas supply service for participating New Jersey school districts. Interested suppliers will have the opportunity to provide natural gas supply to approximately 1600 participating natural gas accounts.
Bids are due on September 15, 2026, with a bid submission deadline of 11:30 a.m. and will award at 2:30 p.m. prevailing Eastern time on that date. Proposals received after the 11:30 a.m. deadline on September 15, 2026, will not be opened. Bids must be submitted electronically via the electronic bid platform of Gabel Associates, the ACES Administrator, at https://www.publicbiddingsystem.com/.
