The Workshop 2026 mobile app is live!

Visit the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and search “NJSBA Workshop 2026.” The conference will take place from Monday, Oct. 19 to Thursday, Oct. 22 at the Atlantic City Convention Center.

The Workshop 2026 mobile app is an incredibly powerful and useful tool that provides you with the opportunity to engage in Workshop throughout the entire conference.

With the app, you can:

  • Create your schedule using My Show Planner by marking your favorites from the 250+ sessions. View the full agenda here.*
  • Explore the Interactive Exhibit Floor and learn more about our exhibitors.
  • Play the app-exclusive “Passport to Adventure” game, kicking off on Tuesday, Oct. 21, and complete challenges for a chance to win fun prizes!

Opt in to receive notifications from Workshop 2026, including minute-to-minute updates, session changes, and cancellations as soon as they happen. Export sessions to your calendar app using the icon in the upper left-hand corner of your device in the session tab.

Customize Your Experience Create a My Show Planner account using the email address and last name associated with your Workshop registration to begin adding sessions, creating your schedule and more.

Please note: Only Workshop registrants can create a My Show Planner account. Please have your business administrator assign your badge and create an account using the email address included on your Workshop registration.

NJSBA offers a group registration rate of $2,400 for 25 team members, which may include the school board, business administrator, superintendent, facilities managers, curriculum professionals, IT staff, principals, human resource professionals, librarians and other district staff. Individual registration is $550. Registration must be handled by your school business administrator.

Housing Information

Hard Rock Hotel & Casino is the event headquarters hotel. Blocks of rooms have been secured at select Atlantic City hotels for Workshop attendees. Hotel and rate information is available here. Hotel reservations must be handled by your school business administrator.

SCAM ALERT: BEWARE OF FALSE ROOM OFFERS

Unfortunately, several exhibitors and attendees each year fall prey to accommodation offers from fraudulent companies — most notably a scammer known as Exhibitors Housing Services. These hotel providers present themselves as our official hotel booking partner. Note that these groups are in no way affiliated with NJSBA and their claims of having access to rooms are false. NJSBA cannot guarantee any hotel rooms that are not booked through AC Central.
