- Advanced Governance: Stop “doing” and start “overseeing.” Move from micromanagement to vision-based leadership using Iowa Lighthouse principles.
- Internal Team Dynamics: Conduct a “board health check” to audit your team’s trust and communication processes. Turn dissent into a tool for better decision-making.
- Crisis & Conflict: Master the “point of order.” Practice scripts for de-escalating challenging public comments and managing “rogue” board members.
